Amy enjoys working with clients at all stages of life and is dedicated to providing compassionate support that fits their unique needs and goals. She believes that every person and family has strengths they can build on to create positive change.

Jaime Rogers, LCSW
Licensed Clinician
Jaime is a dually licensed clinical social worker (LCSW in Maine and LICSW in Massachusetts) with over three decades of experience working with adults at all stages of life. Since beginning her practice in 1994, she has developed specialty expertise in grief and loss, substance use and recovery, Autism across the lifespan, and aging, as well as supporting caregivers. Jaime’s approach integrates trauma‑informed practice, neuroaffirming principles, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

David Goolsby, LCSW
Licensed Clinician
David has over 35 years of experience providing therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups, including those with special needs, cultural diversity, and addiction issues. He has spent nearly 20 years in private practice as a Clinical Consultant and Counselor.
David is a dedicated Church musician with over 30 years of experience, co-founding and directing the Greater Lincoln Community Choir since 2004. In his leisure time, he enjoys cooking, reading, composing music, baking, and gardening. He also helps clients recognize their strengths and supports their recovery from life challenges.

Debra Rancourt
Billing Manager
Debra holds an Associate’s Degree from Husson and brings more than 30 years of hospital and healthcare provider billing experience, along with over 35 years of management and leadership experience. Throughout her career, she has been committed to supporting efficient operations, quality service, and positive outcomes for both clients and organizations.
She is also passionate about giving back to her community and has participated in Walk for a Cure events. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the beauty of the Maine outdoors with her husband and making cherished memories with her granddaughter–embracing the joy, curiosity, and fresh perspective she brings to everyday experiences.


Chelsea Bean, SHRM-CP
Operations Manager
Chelsea has a passion for improving the way healthcare practices operate and brings over 10 years of experience in medical practice operations, administrative leadership, and human resources. She believes successful practices are built on strong systems, clear processes, and teams that feel supported.
In her free time, Chelsea enjoys home DIY projects, spending time with her daughter, and traveling.
